Coaching For The Way Forward

Coach/client relationship

To explore your selfawareness ask yourself the following questions?

What life do you want for you?

How do you feel about yourself?

How would you want to feel?

When will you know if you are in control of your life?

By when would you like to be in control of your life?

How important is it for you to work on your personal development?

What makes me the coach you will want to work with?

How do I support my clients to achieve the life they wanted?

I utilise my natural and professional coaching skills to support my clients to move from where they are now to be where they wanted be with their goals.

In my coaching relationships with clients I am friendly, diplomatic, and empathetic because I believe this is essential in helping people to resolve any difficult situations.

As a coach I engage my clients in conversation actively listening to them as well as asking open-ended questions.

My aim during these conversations is to help the client/s to identify what they really want to achieve and then support them to set realistic and achievable goal/s.

Clients are assisted to overcome any previously unrecognised self-limiting beliefs which may hinder them from moving forward.

The process will help to provide the clients with empowering tools to assist them in recognising and utilising their existing skills to achieve their goals.

It also has the aim of raising the clients’ awareness about their values-beliefs, and where they are currently, in relation to their goals.

My conversation with the clients is strictly confidential and non-judgemental.

The confidential nature of the coach client relationships is detailed in the coaching contract.

Upon request I will be more than happy to forward you the coaching contract.
